We hope you are all doing well during this holiday season! It's been a while since we touched base, so I wanted to give you an update about the upcoming Spring 2021 baseball season...

 

We do plan to have a full Spring season in 2021, one which will fall within Oregon's Covid Guidelines for Outdoor Recreation. Given Oregon's rules/restrictions, we should still be able to have both practices and games, as well as permit parks (Erv Lind, Normandale, Lillis, etc) and school fields (Fernwood, RWH, etc) for baseball in the Spring.

 

The current plan is to open registration in early January. We will most likely start registration as Waitlist-only as we did in the Fall, where you will register to play, but not have to pay up front. This is just in case something changes and the state restricts play before we start the season. Once it is 100% confirmed we can play, we will move everyone off the waitlist where you can pay. For those who had credits from last Spring, you will see those credits show up in your account soon.

 

 

Safety Team: We have assembled a Safety Team which will start to meet in January in order to outline all Covid rules, regulations, etc that will be put in place to guarantee safe play.

We know how difficult these times are for everyone and we also know how important it is for kids to be able to get outside, exercise, get some fresh air, and play with friends in a safe environment. Our goal is for Little League and HRC to provide this safe environment for your children.
